Dog License Renewal: Consider paying your dog license renewal online, Our Drop Box or by Mail. No Cash Please. If you need a new license, visit our website under Dog control for the application and instructions about doing this through the mail, drop box or give us a call 607-786-2900. Option 8.

Sewer & Water (Specific Town Residents): Pay your bill online or through the mail.  We have a drop off box located at the front door. Your Village of Endicott or Johnson City Water Bill MUST be paid to them.

Disability Parking Permits: When renewing your Disability Parking Permit or are in need of a brand new one, please call at 607-786-2900 option 8.  

Tires & CRT drop-off: Bring Exact Change to Scarborough Drive.
